Returns policy

TheHujjajStore offers 3 location based shipping and returns agreements:

1. MADINA

We take pride in what we supply, and we want you to be happy with your purchase from TheHujjajStore.

TheHujjajStore operates a non-quibble 7 day return policy, in order to arrange a return please contact info@thehujjajstore.com and a representative will arrange the return within 24 hours.

All refunds are issued within 14 days of purchase.

2. DOMESTIC (SAUDI ARABIA, OUTSIDE OF MADINA)

If the product is faulty or not as described on the website, and you wish to return it, please contact customer service to arrange the return. You will be refunded the full cost of the item, not inclusive of shipping charges.

3. INTERNATIONAL

We are sorry we do not offer refunds on international orders at this time.
